ImageStore Ltd, a successful data storage solutions company, based in Newbury, Berkshire is looking to increase its sales with an up-to-date, flexible website to actively market its products.

Stuart Humphrey, Sales Director of ImageStore takes up the story: “The previous website no longer met our growing needs as the software was not user friendly, and design change was a complex, time-consuming issue. We knew it was essential to establish an updated site to create an efficient e-commerce facility for the company’s existing client base and to attract new business. Establishing a professional, working site where customers could confidently buy online was a key requirement for us.”

Stuart continues: “I consulted Karen Chapple of Newbury based Curve Solutions, an internet marketing specialist, to find forward-thinking, cost effective solutions. She recommended the Curve Bespoke Website package, which would allow us to update and maintain the site regularly, without requiring specialist technical skills. Karen built the site for us and arranged for its content to be written by Curve’s professional copywriters.”

As the new website has been recently launched, the online sales have yet to be developed. Stuart Humphrey, with help from Karen, is therefore looking at ways to effectively manage the site, increase sales, and attract new potential clients.

Karen comments: “I am working on generating awareness of ImageStore’s website, using Search Engine Optimisation, a newsletter campaign, and a pay per click initiative. They have also been offered bespoke internet marketing training to develop in-house knowledge of website management. Although the site is still work in progress, Stuart acknowledges the website is the foundation for future internet marketing.”

Stuart concludes: “Curve’s website solution is cost effective, as well as simple to use. You don’t have to be a programmer to use the software. With the Curve package, you can have a website up and running within a day.”
