We’ve uncovered a new tool that might help anyone who has to work with remote designers – whether that’s web design or design for leaflets, this online collaboration tool helps you very quickly to share your ideas with the team and enable team members to easily make comment on the new design.

The tool is called Concept.ly (and if you sign up now you get a lifetime free account!). The tool enables you to quickly easily drag and drop your designs into the tool and allocate team members (and customers) so that you can collect all relevant comments to your work… this is how the program would look. The design is on the right handside and then team members can easily mark the design and comment on that area by simply using different coloured icons for comments ideas or problems (seen below). The tool keeps your version history so its easy to keep track of where you are on your design.



The tool enables you to create multiple designs for a single page, which is ideal if you want to compare and contrast with different ideas colours and fonts. The tool also allows you to show your designs on mobile devices.
